Terms of Service
The terms that govern custom printing projects with Vlikestar. Plain-English summary — your order contract contains the full detail.
1. Quotes
Valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Itemized, and subject to final artwork review.
2. Orders & payment
30% deposit schedules production; balance is due before shipment. Production starts once the deposit is paid and your sample is approved.
3. Sampling & approval
Your written sample approval is the production standard. Changes after approval may affect cost and lead time.
4. Copyright
You warrant that artwork supplied is yours or licensed. We refuse infringing work and never reuse client designs.
5. Production & quality
Standard lead times per quote. Quality claims must be raised within 15 days of receipt, documented with photos.
6. Shipping & risk
Per the agreed Incoterm (typically DDP). Title and risk transfer on delivery.
7. Liability
Limited to reprint or refund of the affected quantity.
8. Governing law
As agreed on the order contract.
